I have been making these in my Instant Pot. What I do......
I set them on the trivet. Season with some pepper, garlic, whatever you want. Cook for about 25-30 minutes, we like them falling off the bone. Lift out of pot, set aside. Pour broth into a container. Then I make the sauce. Sauté the onion and garlic, throw everything else in. Instead of the brewed coffee, I used 1/2 cup broth and 1 tsp Instant coffee. Mix it up, put the ribs in, mix until coated. Then I set on the medium or high slow cooker program until we are ready to eat. Super yummy.
Edit: the first time I ever made these, I used that Chili sauce with the rooster on the jar. I realized after, the sauce was supposed to be that stuff that is almost like ketchup. So, next time I made them, that is what I used. Nope, not as good. Always use the stuff with the rooster on the container.

alpacalexi: My mini jersey cow is pregnant, however the last couple days her udder has deflated. My vet saw her on the 23 and said delivery in a couple weeks Is there a reason for her deflating?

Trim: She probably aborted a while back. That happened to one of my animals. She was bagging up but within a short while of her "due date" she began to deflate. I had no idea what had happened. I was seriously bummed out.
