I know the cause of my lamb's scours is tape worms. I have wormed her. But she still has scours. Have given elctrolytes. I want to give her liquid pepto ASAP. She weighs about 35 - 40 pounds. How much pepto do I give her
How old and what is her diet - milk or pasture or?
I use slippery elm or rennet for lamb scours. If she's on milk, you can give her 1/4 tsp rennet in 10cc water and squirt that in the back of her mouth just before feeding milk. If she's on pasture or hay, you can give her a capsule of slippery elm to swallow and then give her access to fresh water or squirt a little in her mouth.

claytonpaul: A bull was put on her herd Late Last May so she was expected to be due between May1 and August. They quoted me August so I wouldn't be disappointing by a late arrival.

Trim: She probably aborted a while back. That happened to one of my animals. She was bagging up but within a short while of her "due date" she began to deflate. I had no idea what had happened. I was seriously bummed out.
