...............the BOOBUDDY!!! I read about this, don't remember exactly where, and immediately thought about the discomfort I have experienced when horseback riding, climbing up and down hills, running, etc. I ordered one, and told myself I would try it out, and if it worked, pass along the info to others who might benefit. {Guys, if you are reading this, you might pass the info along to your "dearly beloveds", if it might help them out.}
The BooBuddy IS all it's cracked up to be! I never had a problem with "bounce", particularly, until I got on a medication that I hoped would slow down the terrible migraines I have suffered most of my life. Unfortunately, when I started the medication, my bathroom scales went waka-waka at the same time, and I did not realize how much weight I was packing on. Since my fingers, hands, feet, and toes were visibly swollen and incredibly achy all the time,
I thought it was water retention, plus a touch of arthritis. Wrong! Suffice it to say that there is a lot more of me now than there has ever been before! And my age and stage of life is not helping matters in the least. (Age 52.) The extra pounds that came to visit seem to be permanent guests. Oh, and in a touch of total irony, the meds didn't work, anyway. *Sigh*
We run Angora goats on hilly, rough country, and the only sure way to round them up for moving to another pasture or bringing home for shearing is with horses. The horses' trotting and loping gaits had become painful for me, as had any running or climbing I had to do. When I got the BooBuddy, I put it on and immediately did a bit of jumping up and down, to test it. Ah-mazing!!! NO bounce, no pain. I can't wear sports bras, or anything with the t-back, because it gives me a crick in the neck, which translates in a few minutes into a migraine. Over the past couple or three months, I have worn this simple band any time I knew I would be doing a lot of moving, hurrying, whatever, just so I could assure anyone else that it did, indeed, help immensely. And it has! We have been rounding up goats for shearing the middle of this month, and horseback riding is pleasurable once again!
If you are interested, go to theboobuddy.com and check out this product. If it helps somebody else, I'm happy. Because it has helped me so much, I'm already ecstatic!
