I am going to throw this over here to see if anyone can help me before we go out to milk today. I am really at a loss as to what is going on!
Hi ladies I need your expertise on my milked! I got this a year ago from Willie and I believe it is a rite-way but would need to hear from her to be sure. Anyways, it had not been pulsating right and I assumed it needed cleaned etc. So tonight I pulled it apart and cleaned it, oiled it and it looked great. I put it together hooked it up and when I clamp them off and build pressure it pulsated great. I thought we were cured it was just gummed up etc. Nope, dh goes out after work and milks and it will pulse to one side and immediately slam back to the other side. If I remember right this is a 60/40 machine but this is way off. He ended up unhooking the front cups and milking the front with the backs inflations and we got her milked out the best so far. He had to manually shift the pulsator back and forth thobto get it to work! The funny thing is tho that when he cleaned the machine it pulsed perfectly when he was sucking water through it.
I have had this machine a year now and we loved it tip this. I have tried to get ahold of Willie but she's not answered or called me back from my messages so I am wondering if something isn't wrong there. We are actually to the point of wondering if we dint need a extra pulsator so we can send this off to figure out what's up. Any ideas? I'm going to go out with him to milk in the morning to play with the pulsator but being my kids were all sleeping and it was midnight we just wanted it done so we could get some sleep before we have to get up!
Thanks everyone!!!!
The Pulsator is working much better, It worked itself out a lot on its own. We got a can of air and blew out the holes after it started getting better and we are getting new gaskets for it. Things have improved so much and we are happy with that. Also we are going to get new inflations as it is time, and because they may have a small hole in one of them that is causing some of the issue, and since they are a year old I am guessing it couldn't hurt lol.
